HuNan YangDong Porcelain Insulators & Electric Co., Ltd was established in 1992, which covers an area of 100,000 square meters, on which there are three factories, passing ISO9001, ISO14001and ISO45001 quality management system certification. Our CLD trademark is "china well-known trademark" and CLD" has been awarded "International famous brand" by the commerce of Hunan province. Now there are 520 workers in our company with fixed assets of over CNY80,000,000. Our company can produce more than 20,000 tons of high voltage porcelain insulators whose annual turnover is over CNY200,000,000.

There are 17 senior engineers and 76 specialized technicians in our company. We put the quality in the first place and we take it as the main points of existence and development of our company. We have perfect physical and chemical analysis of raw materials. Our company is the largest manufacturer of high-voltage electrical porcelain post insulators in Hunan Province and we are the largest manufacturer of line post insulators in China.

After the technology reform and improvement in recent years, we have owned crucial equipments for testing and we also have a new production line for Isostatic pressing. Especially the day output of the solid core insulators which is the biggest in China with more than 500 pieces per day. With these new technology and advanced equipments, we have developed and made some high voltage products, such as 1000kV post insulators with high strength and big creepage distance, we also have good ability for long rod insulator, disc suspension insulator, line post insulators, Porcelain Shell for Lightning Arrester, Capacitor Bushing, hollow insulators for circuit breaker etc, which are as per IEC, ANSI, BS, AS, DIN JIS and GB standard, Our products are supporting domestic joint ventures and power systems. The products are supplied to major domestic power stations and switch plants, our goods are directly exported to more than 40 countries in the world, GE SIMENS, NGK have been our good partners for some years.
